I am inactive here from the last few days/months and a few of you have asked me in PM as to where I am? I am not using social media because I am focusing on multiple things these days. I'll also be sharing some tips about handling multiple projects here.

One of my friends was working on multiple projects at once and he wasted one and half years of his valuable time. People always ask me, how many niche affiliate sites should they start? I personally recommend a maximum of two niche sites at a time unless you have a dedicated team for each project. Regardless of whether you have a dedicated team or not, follow tips if you want to handle more than two niche websites.

Whenever you are working, try to give your 100% (i.e. 100% mind and body combination). Don't work simultaneously on different sites/projects. "Know thy limits"

Divide your weekly working days as per your websites. E.g.

Monday - niche website 1

Tuesday - niche website 2

Wednesday - niche website 3

Thursday - niche website 1 and so on.

Outsource: When you handle multiple sites/projects, note down all the tasks required for it in an excel sheet. Ask this question to yourself, can I outsource this task? If the answer is yes, note it down in an extra column in that sheet. Outsource the less critical and time consuming tasks.

Roadmap and goals: You should have a plan for every website/project, what you're going to do in the first month, after three months and so on. Set two types of goals: short term and long term. Make sure your short terms goals leads to achieve your long term goals.

Decide your weekly work and try to complete it within a deadline. Be honest with yourself.

Team Meetings: Schedule team meetings either on Fridays or on Saturdays and decide what you are going to complete/cover in the next week. Decide strategy and work on it.

When your team members are working on projects and if they ask something, try to solve their questions ASAP. Otherwise, they will wait for your response and it'll affect their productivity. As you are a leader, you need to learn how to switch quickly from one task to another without affecting the performance. Switching from one task to another reduces overall performance but not replying to your team-mates will lower down overall team performance so it's better to help them as quickly as possible.

Business Partner: This is a very important step, you should always take care while choosing your business partner. Syed Balkhi has written a very good article about this, check it out: https://syedbalkhi.com/how-to-choose-the-right-business-partner-7-tips-i-have-learned-overtime/

Organize everything properly: Create a separate folder for each site/project. Maintain the structure of your files and folders very carefully. Maintain income and expenses for every project. This will help you to find documents very easily and maintaining them. Also, create backups for everything online. This will help you to recover stuff in case of a mishap.

Learn to Say NO: The word “yes” is not your friend. Say no more than you say yes. Get back your time. Saying “no” is not about being cruel. It’s about understanding what you are capable of and refusing to do anything less than your best work at all times. Decide priorities and learn to say NO. This will help you in many situations.

Last but not least track your performance: I use these tools: RescueTime on PC and smartphone. Also I use QualityTime app on my smartphone. Here is the screenshot from RescueTime to get an idea. If you start tracking and analyzing your performance, you will surely improve your productivity. All the best!
