I believe in earning more than you spend
Cutting corners on shoes will not make you rich. The case for putting your energy into earning more, and building income that arrives while you sleep.
I believe in “Earn more than you Spend”. You’ll not be rich by spending less and compromising with the things. We compromise on many things because of lack of money. Our focus should be on earning more and more money rather than spending less. For example if you’re using Lee Cooper shoes and you want to become rich, you’ll save money by using some local brand shoes; this will not take you towards the path to become rich. This doesn’t mean that you have to purchase the things that you don’t want and buy the things just to show off. Also don’t confuse it with this quote “Every Penny Saved is a Penny Earned”.
So now that you’ve decided to become rich, the next thing to do is to calculate your ‘per hour wage’. Formula is
Per Hour Wage = (Your monthly earning)/(Number of daily working hours * Monthly Working Days).
For example, your monthly earning is 50,000 and you work 9 hours a day and 22 days a month. Then Per Hour Wage = (50000)/(9*22) i.e. 252.52. i.e. 4 USD per hour. Try to increase this value as much you can! Never ever waste your valuable hours. Every time you waste your time think about this. I think this is why someone said this “Time Is Money”. But don’t forget to spend your time with your family, friends and other loved ones because they’re valuable than money.
Last but not the least “It’s hard to be rich if you limit yourself to making money 8 hours a day.” Don’t rely on one income source, try to create multiple income streams so that you’ll make money when you sleep, when you are traveling, etc. Believe in yourself and go kick some butt!
PS: Now don’t take this status in the wrong way, your freedom/passion is more important than money. And if you love what you do, then that happiness is worth much more than being rich.
